Important Reminders!
Starting March 1st, 2010 please sign your child up for CWFC and mark the coach box to let us know that you would like to coach again! We would like to have our coaches in place as early as possible this year, so please email info@carlsbadsoccer.org and let us know if you plan on coaching!!! Thank you!
Mandatory!!!
Every RECREATIONAL COACH must have their Youth Module (YM) coaching license in order to coach for any Cal South recreational team. This is mandatory if you are coaching a U6 or older team. Also mandatory if you plan to coach all stars. Youth Module classes are available on the Cal South website. There are many locations and times you can take this class and we will pay for it. Just send your receipt for the class with your name and address in to our P.O. Box address and we will reimburse you! Sign up for the class online at www.calsouth.com and click on programs…coaching education.

Cal South "KidSafe" Risk Management Program Live Scan Fingerprinting
Cal South has once again made advancements in the KIDSAFE Risk Management program by switching to Live Scan fingerprint technology. This switch solidifies Cal South’s position as having one of the most progressive Risk Management programs in the country with the intent on keeping the 137,000 Cal South Member’s KIDSAFE.
Live Scan digital submissions provide the quickest way to submit and process background checks through the Department of Justice. They also provide for seamless integration into the California DOJ subsequent arrest notification program. Through the California DOJ subsequent arrest notification program, we retain the ability to screen subsequent arrest activity & make decisions towards keeping KIDSAFE & protecting the best interest of our 206 Member Leagues.
